    oats

    what do u cook ur oats with ? just milk n little sugar or what?

    water, add some splenda, cinnamon, and Waldens syrup.

    i usually just throw some oats into a protein shake(20 g of protein or so) and down it...doesnt taste too bad to me, then ill eat some tuna, thats considered one of my meals

    I do the same but if I'm actually going to cook them I'll use water and then top it off with sugar free maple syrup or sugar free jam and some fresh berries. Delicious.

    I use to do dry oats mixed in shake but it makes me gag now.
    If i am late for work i microwave the oats at work but my choice is boil water, add little mike and only 1 teaspoon of sugar.

    I might try the cinn though(stated above), sounds tasty.

    1 cup of oats.
    2 cups water.
    1 spoon splenda.
    1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    sultanas.
    dymatize butter cream whey.
    Tastes like apple danish.

    1 cup oats
    8 egg whites
    dried fruit
    1/2 cup yoghurt
    cinnamon
    splenda
    blend it all up
    make pancakes with it. serve with lemon juice.

    I LOVE that whey protein....best flavor!!! Great recipe too!

    yep its my fav whey too, it goes with anything. i even have it with cottage cheese!!
    When i make pancakes i get some buttercream whey and a tiny dash of milk so it mixes up thick then i pour it on like a sauce. Bulking is FUN

    usually run my oats cooked with water and some natural applesauce, and a cap-full of vanilla flavoring.
