the sugars in sweet potatos ?
do the sugars in sweet potatos effect cutting ? i mean are they simple sugars that should be avoided ?

sweet potatoes are a complex carb and very low on the GI scale. Fine for cutting if used as part of a well planned diet.

I use to eat brown rice.. But i found the rice was making me at bit puffy i switched to yams and feel a bit better

i cut on yams/sweet potatoes as my only carb source. they work wonderfully.

aight aight, i get the hint i know there good as a carb source i was just doing some research on Calorie king, and i noticed they had sugars in them, and right now i dont want sugars in my diet.

Yeah..I've asked this question before and got the same type of response. No one seemed to think it was bad. Low GI-sure..but it contains sugar much like fruit..low GI with sugar.
