    Clen when cutting/Dieting?

    I was just wondering if it was a good idea to throw in some clen when cutting down.

    Idea
    6 tabs x(.02mg) a day for 3 weeks

    Good idea? Sure it is!, youre cutting and thats what clen is for

    BUT

    1. Hows ur diet? is it in order?
    2. Are you cutting with gear?
    3. Have you assessed your personal tolerance to clen? You just cant pop 6 tabs on day 1.... You body can go into shock!

    I suggest to read up on it ALOT before you take it!

    Well Ive just started cutting this week. My diet so far has been pretty good and after a week Ive been tempted to cheat but I want to do this right. An example of my diet is:
    Meal 1-can of tuna, slice of whole wheat bread w/ lean protein
    Meal 2-scrambled eggs, 1 OMAR
    Meal 3-chicken w/ some veggies
    Workout
    Meal 4/PWO-protein shake
    Meal 5- fish (salmon) with 1/2 to 1 cup rice,
    Meal 6- lean protien shake w/ OMAR/Flax

    Im not taking any gear right now I'd rather save up for when I'm done cutting.
    Honestly I don't know my tolerance for clen I haven't used it before. So what do you think?

    As for the clen , I'm not a fan. But if you do use it, I suggest you wait till fat loss stagnates before adding it to your diet. Diet and cardio alone will get you into the 10%bf range fairly easy. Drugs and supplements will help take you the extra mile though.

    I wouldn't do more than 120 mcgs a day. 80 f***ks me up. shakes, cramps everything...good luck. find your tolerance.

    Wow I didn't notice that I was wondering where you got the idea .lol But the sad thing is that I ate that yesterday...but I will say this that I did get most of my idea's from Rambo's "How to Cut" thread.
