my favorite is grilled chicken mixed in with whole wheat pasta...but the key is i cant believe its not butter spray and parm. cheese (has like 1.5 grms of fat per serving)..tastes like something i would eat for a cheat meal..try it out
also you can have pasta and meatballs , jut use 98 percent lean ground beef,

if you're bulking and not too fussy about mixing your fats/carbs, Pasta Aglio Olio is great...just add olive oil, basil leaves, garlic, chopped chillis, pasta and salt and pepper into a pan and mix it up..... and sprinkle some parmesan on top...
