Looks good man. for cutting that would be about twice as many carbs as i would use. Everyones different so what ever works good for you!! I would swap the PB and olive oil for flax and fish oils.

    Awesome...thanks for the feedback!
I do cardio Monday thru Sunday skipping saturday.
I thought Olive oil basically was flax?
I seem to be cutting on 227g carbs, so I guess I will continue until I hit a barrier.

I was curious where in your daily routine is your cardio though. Do you do cardio PWO?

Hmmm. That's what I figured. I'd change that if at all possible. Your energy levels will not be 100% with only 1 meal in between an hour of cardio and a full training session. It's never good to have less than 2 meals between cardio and your workout IMO. Is it possible to move the cardio between meals 5 and 6?

Yes, actually today is the first day I have switched things up to see how I like it. I'm doing cardio at 9:00 am now (waking up 1 hour later) eating a pro/carb meal at around 10:30-11. I am working out at 6:00 p.m. with my sis.
So my diet(macros) is the exact same it just looks like this now....

    Cardio for 1 hour
    pro/carb 11:00am
    pro/fat 2:00pm
    pro/carb (preworkout) 5:00pm
    Workout
    pro/carb (PWO) 7:00pm
    pro/carb (PPWO) 8:00pm
    pro/fat 10:00pm
Let me know if that looks better. Thank you very much for your input 1buff and everyone else!!
