question about making your own weight gainer
i figured it would be cheaper and better to just mix in some oats with whey for pwo shake...but oatmeal has like 3 grams of fat per 1/2 cup, i would probably throw in about 2 cups for pwo and that is 12 grms of fat...isnt that too much fat to mix with carbs?

I wouldn't be concerned about it Venum. I use oats religiously for PWO. Never had a problem. 2 cups does sound a bit extreme for PWO, though.

so 50 grms of carbs is enough for pwo? i always thought a little more was better around 75...

if your bulking i wouldn't worry that much about mixing macros. do it if you want. imo your just going to worry to much and not eat enough. i have been bulking for a little more than 2 months now i have gained 12 pounds with maybe a 2% increase in bf at the most. i havent been all that clean either. i eat burger king and shit. im also a former fat boy so its not that my metabolism is anything to rave about.
