and at that point...you might as well stay up for all the good an hour of sleep gives you...i think i'll go look at jason's "find the black dot" post for awhile

Shit you guys are either up really early or just don,t sleep.primo if you ever find a cure let me know will you I would love to have a good nights sleep where I don,t cat nap or watch the clock slowly move for morning

I get frustrated if I go to bed and can,t sleep and get annoyed if I sit up.If you ever come to England I,ll be the sad muppet walking around the streets whilst everyone else is asleep trying to persuade myself that the fresh air will make me sleepy!

Does it work? No!! But it does give you an appetite to cram a little more protein in :)

good point...so i lose 4 hours of sleep a night but i'm eating an extra 100 grams of protein a day...
