    cant bulk getting too fat!

i've recently been doing a clean bulk upping my carbs to about 300-350 grms a day mainly coming from brown rice and oats. i am getting fat too quick. i am very carb sensitive so for someone with my body should i use much less carbs to bulk? when i cut i took in about 150 carbs a day..really confused and this sucks!

Need the whole diet before we can give any advice bro. Also stats, cycle (if any), etc. I'd look into doing am cardio if you're not already.

if you are carb sensitive and jumped from 150 to 300/350 that could be one reason you are gaining so quick.

I would have definitely went from 150 to 300 in a few weeks to make sure I wasn't gaining fat. Also if you really are carb sensative try to have your carb meals specifically for Breakfast, PWO and PPWO

I usually have about 75g carbs just for breakfast and ppwo, 100 pwo, and another 75 pre workout. I'm not very carb sensative though so you could see what would work for you.

Unless your running aas, jumping that high in carbs so quickly can lead to a good amount of unwanted bf. I really think you need to post your entire diet though, as 300g isn't really an excessive amount.
