    Protein and fish

Is it safe to say that 8oz of most fish would equal about 45 grams of protein. The shoprite near me sells pre seasoned catfish, flounder fillets, sole, and salmon. WOndering if they all have about the same amount of protein, is it safe to say 8 oz is enuff to get atleast 45 grams of protein?

Well from raw chicken I figured that 1oz=6 oz protien..Im sure fish is similar.
I always thought beef was a little more..like 8oz, and again that is raw weight
