As long as you don't eat like a ridiculous amt..like 8 cans a day..you should be fine.

I eat about 4 cans a day...Just throw some pickle relish with it and mmmmm mmmm that's good eating!
I eat about six cans a day with mustard for now untill i'm sick of it..I can't eat it plain though no fvckn way..
Too much tuna is not a good thing due to mercury content. Complex - methylmercury causes brain damage. It accumulates in the body over time.

Put some of this on it. It makes it taste like Maryland blue crabs.

and the mercury isn't a problem in your chunk lite tuna from say kroger or walmart... it becomes a problem in other forms of tuna, such as albacore. just eat the cheap stuff like you are and you'll be fine. ive eaten 4-6 cans a day for as long as i can remember....seeing as i am a BACS (broke ass college student).
Ah, it's goin well bro! I have been staying on top of my diet! If everything goes to planned, I should start my bulk the beginning of October or possibly November. I'm trying to get down to around 8%BF.Originally Posted by novastepp
