Ok I need some help with a bulking diet. I am boviously not gaining weight with what I am doing so I need help.
this is what my diet looks like right now. 21 6'5" 195lbs
8:00am 6 scrambled eggs
8:30am Protien shake, bcaa's and multi vit
10:00am peanut butter sandwhich.
12:00 on the road working so I usually eat whatever like subwAY sandwhich or something.
12:00 - 5 nothing untill I get off of work
5:00pm salsbury steak microwave dinner. just because beast was right im lazy just need help that is all some direction.
700pm Steak
before bed some eggs sometimes and a protien shake oh yeah I usually drink 3 a day just random.
