bulking
Ok I need some help with a bulking diet. I am boviously not gaining weight with what I am doing so I need help.
this is what my diet looks like right now. 21 6'5" 195lbs
8:00am 6 scrambled eggs
8:30am Protien shake, bcaa's and multi vit
10:00am peanut butter sandwhich.
12:00 on the road working so I usually eat whatever like subwAY sandwhich or something.
12:00 - 5 nothing untill I get off of work
5:00pm salsbury steak microwave dinner. just because beast was right im lazy just need help that is all some direction.
700pm Steak
before bed some eggs sometimes and a protien shake oh yeah I usually drink 3 a day just random.

Why do you avoid sources of carbohydrate until 10AM? First off, you need to increase your carbohydrate intake. This should be an easy feat considering they are the cheapest macro nutrient to consume.
Microwave dinners are not a good fuel source... and the fat is probably killing your appetite prematurely. You could try precooking some chickens and rice early in the week.
You are very tall and slender - put some mass on you and you'd be an animal!

are you trying to do a lean bulk ? i sorta lean bulk but nothing beats a burger and fri !!!

I geus lean bulk I am kind of confused here there are too many people telling me different things. im 21 6'5" 193-5 lbs ectomorph. just trying to get huge and muscular without steroids since im not ready for aas. gave all my gear to my dad so he could do the cycle. blah this just sucks.
