Need some help putting my girls diet together...
hey all, need some help putting together my girls diet. A couple things to take into consideration. She's in no way thick but has put on 15lbs in the last year, and she's not comfortable with herself right now. She's in the gym 4 days a week with a mild workout regimin and 45 minutes of various cardio after her workouts. Be it that I know her workouts and cardio are in check, we really need to get her diet in check. What kind of diet would you guys recommend? It can't be too unreasonable, as I have to live with her:chairshot I would do a ckd but that's not fesible for her.
