Hey guys I usually eat an apple before my workouts, but I was wondering if I can switch it up sometimes with a clif bar. The only problem I see with it is it has 18g of sugar with is alot. Suggestions???

the sugar will probably help with your workout. many on here use dex pre workout with good results.
Oats preworkout with your choice of protein is optimal.
