    Chicken VS Steak!

For a long time ive been eating chicken breasts like crazy and really cant say its responible for any gains, same with tuna. But with steak it seems thats were im getting my gains ive actually tried something before. 2 weeks with chicken and tuna as a main protein source and 2 weeks with mainly steak protein source. i got little to nothing with the tuna and chicken and actually a few pounds with the steak diet (Lean mass). The other day a pro bodbuilder tolds me "Have you ever seen a big chicken?" and "Have you ever seen a small cow"? lol makes sense though.

Whats the point of this thread
Regardless, I wouldn't blame tuna and chicken for not giving you 'size' I have seen great results eating those two protein sources. Were your carbs lower while eating steak?

What you are describing is just the need to incorporate all types of protein sources in one's diet. Chicken/fish is good because it is lean and allows you a razor's edge precision in counting your macros while beef, a red meat, contains saturated fat and iron that boosts your endocrine system and blood oxygen transport (because of the iron) at the same time. Eating too much beef, no matter how lean, increases your risk of LDL and cholesterol levels, not to mention uric acid....while eating too much poultry can deprive you of the much needed iron and some saturated fat although you get a good dose of B vitamins... so you see, its all about balance

I have two questions for you: Have you ever seen an obese chicken? Have you even seen a lean cow?

Well if your doing AAS, steak would be a great choice and lots of it (something to do with affecting your test). Eat them all IMO.
