I own my own business, which fortunately is very successful, but on the downside it occupies alot of my time. I also have 3 kids that fill up alot of my "spare time". Believe me, I am not making excuses, and deffinately want to change things. I have read the cutting sticky, and my question is how do I plan a diet to not just cut, but to drop a massive amount of weight. My target weight is 230, and I know I can get to there, I just need an idea as far as how many meals a day I should be eating, my calorie intake, etc.. Like I said in my original post, I have some physical issues right now which are preventing me from doing alot of exercise, so I need to get some of this weight off first before I can start to hit the gym and cardio hard again. BTW, when I say physical issues, they include: 2 herniated discs, a hyperextended knee (mainly due to the weight), high blood pressure, and chronic migraine headaches (brought on by the Lexapro). Please understand, that I am in no way trying to make excuses to get out of doing physical activities, but until I can get my weight down a little, it makes it pretty hard to do alot. Thanks again guys.
