    why do carbs make you tired?

    Hi, i was told i am tired all the time on my bulking cycle (650mg T, 500mg EQ) b/c of my carb increase, why would eating more carbs make you tired? what can you do or take to combat this w/o stopping the carbs? if i cut out a lot fot he carbs there is no way i can get my caloires in...

    Depends on what type of carbs you're consuming. If it's high GI, then your insulin levels crash after couple of hours. But typically, most people experience some lethargy durring bulking. AAS or not.

    Post your diet though. You might have some trouble spots contributing to your lack of energy.

    1buff - did you say you keep you cals and carbs the same in every meal on or off days?

    When cutting, I will keep carbs and kcals constant on off days. However, the meals, along with timing, change. I also do 2 cardio sessions typically, but I miss 1 every now and then.
