    Please Review My Diet.

    My Info:

    Age 26
    Weight 228
    Height 5'8"

    I am started a new Diet! Next week i will be introducing Clen Cycle .

    Clen Cycle ( 2 weeks on, 2 off) IN between ECA just a little info

    Diet:

    7:30 -- Cardio (empty stomach)30-45 minutes
    8:30 -- Breakfeast = 8 egg whites and Fiber Cereal
    10:30 -- 8 slices of Lean Turkey
    12:30 -- Grilled Chicken Breast - Veggies
    2:30 -- Protein Shake
    4:30 -- 8 slices of Lean Turkey
    6:30 -- Work ( Circuit Training 45 mins. )
    8:00 -- Protein Shake

    Question: Am Trying to lose wieght , is Circuit training the best way to cut down.. ?

    I don't think your eating enough.. but better to put those foods into
    www.fitday.com and find out for sure

    What are you hoping to achieve with clen?

    Am trying to get into the low 20% Bf

    Sorry about the macros, but your looking around

    250 protein / 30 carbs / 2500 calories a day , i should be takeing in 3200 calories, according to my size, am cutting calories to lose a little more weight. Tha Clen is to help me out in my cardio weight lose

    IMO I'd rethink the clen, just me.
    Are you doing a ketosis diet?
    Hope you don't mind sacrificing a LOT of muscle on that diet.
    Read the cutting sticky and the link I provided for you.
    Revise and repost.

    AM I hearing you right? low 20% BF? Is that a typo?

    If its not, you probably are way overweight and all you need is a good diet and exercise regimen to lose the weight.... clen is useless for you at this point!

    Oh, and with that BF% (or anything above 15% IMO), I would calculate your daily requirements based on your LBM and not your overall weight, there are ways to do this, search for the approximation equations on the net.
