    cottage cheese when cutting

    ok so my question is this. im currently cutting for a uncoming show and I like cottage cheese fat free as part of meals because of the protein...i read the other day that it makes you look soft (how i dont know i just read it) but ether way i wanted the opinion from you guys should i use cottage cheese while cutting for a comp. thanx alot

    Alot of people can't cut on dairy..I can't but I don't know how your body responds to dair...I wouldn't take the chance though..my .02

    I'd drop it out a couple weeks before the show. Some people get the soft appearance, some don't. It's still great for cutting, I just wouldn't take the chance when your show rolls around. JMO

    yea i hear you guy..thanx alot i guess im gonna have to eat more tuna and chiken cause the problem is that Im a lil off on my protein. i need more and im trying to get it from solid foods. any opinions on good sours of protein for cutting??

    Throw in a little pork and beef. Salmon does well for a pro/fat meal as well.
