Loss of energy, what can I add to my diet?
I recently have been feeling really unmotivated/unenergized. It was like i hit a wall. Anyone know of anything i can add to my diet to pep me back up? I havent changed my diet in awhile, no cycleing, sleeping well and im fine when i do cardio in the A.M. But towards the end of the day I go to the gym and feel like a slug. Any help would be appreciated. Eat all clean foods, I just dont know where the loss came from. Maybe it will go away, untill then any suggestions would be great.

Ive heard its better to do cardio in the morning before you eat but maybe try doing it at night after your workout.

Take a few days off from the gym. Rest, eat then hit it hard when you return!
