Partially hydrogenated soy protein
I heard this stuff is terrible for your body because it lowers HDL and raises LDL. Its practically in every popular food item even breads. Ive been scouring labels to eliminate it just want some advice if anyone has any as to how detrimental it is for my dieting. I hate looking at labels for simple foods and seeing crazy chems do they have any ideas on what long term dosages of these weird chems do?
