Protein carbs and AM training??
Why do so many who are trying to put on lean mass switch over to P/F meals anytime other than prebed? Makes little sense to me especially if you are training in the am as your body needs to REPAIR!! My theory is
P/c
TRAIN
P/C SHAKE
P/C
P/C
P/C
P/C THEN MAYBE
P/F
BED
ESP. IF YOU ARE AIMING FOR 400G/400G/80-90 (PCF)

So 80-90 grams of fat with a meal before bed?
Fats are essential in any proper diet- bulking or cutting. Fitting in some PRO/FAT meals into a bulking diet shouldn't be too difficult.

Not what I meant...If I eat 8 meals...every meal with have at least 5-10 sometimes more of fat....not a gros amount but if its 8-10 g of fat......x 8 that' leaves about 20-25g prebed.....

I'd go with all carbs on your first meal and then BCAA's directly before training with your schedule.. do BCAA's immediately PWO and then a Prot/Carb 30mins later.

4200 cals...400 carbs, 400 pro, 80-100 fats.....sometimes protein is only 350

More calories than you need to grow IMO. Try finding your maintainance calories/day and then slowly ramp them up from there. Very few ppl actually need 4200 calories to see LBM gains, majority of the weight gained will be fat.

I personally don't supplement fats, but rather get them through meat sources so technically each meal I eat is a Prot/carb/fat meal.
Ex:
4oz Chicken/3oz dry weight whole wheat pasta/2cups Green beans
40g Protein/65g carbs/10g fat = approx 500calories
