Hi I had a few questions I don't know if I just lost my willpower or what but I'v been working out for like 15 years off and on hittn it pretty hard for the last 4-5 years. I'm up to 285 pounds around 19 or 20 % bf. I'm real strong but I can't seem to get rid of the extra fat. During the week my typical diet is 7 egg whites, turkey sandwich on wheat, couple chicken breasts, and a few protein shakes in the mix 50grams each. I tend to go to the gym 4 days a week, I don't do as much cardio as I should and eat kinda crappy on the weekend. Could those 3 days make that much of a difference?
