fruits and vegetables..Do i need them?
I am currently tring to bulk while not putting on too much excess bf. I am 6'1" 205@10%bf.
I already eat about 8 meals a day. 3 are nlarge shakes
I have a high metabolism and have to take in 4000+ calories to gain weight.
Diet includes alot of chicken, beef, pork, eggs, potatoes, bread, pasta, beans. Try to get a 2 to 1 ratio of carbs to protein. 300+gms protein ed.
Do i really need fruits and veges? Currently i'll have about 1 serving of each a day. I feel like they take up room in my stomach that could be occupied by protein.
What do you guys think about this? Is it necessary

I would say hell yes. Roughage in your diet is a must. Veggies provide excellent vits and mins and also are great sources of fibre.
Also veggie such as broccoli are estrogen inhibitors.
If you do a search on Phytoestrogens, their is a list that I posted you might want to look at.
I don't eat that many fruits. An apple a day for fibre with breakfast, but fruits do carry alot of sugar. Gotta get the greens though

good deal, thanks for the response.
Fruits and veges are pushed alot, but i think mostly its to help people lose weight. I'll add a couple greens to my daily diet. Extra fiber and nutrients can't hurt.
