    question about water intake

To reduce bloat, is it better to drink a lot of water? I've heard conflicting things on this. Right now I'm about a gallon a day.

    stats:
    5'9
    185 lbs
    27 yrs old
    3rd cycle

just took my last shot of test-e
    my cycle was
    weeks 1-10 test-e 500 mg /week
    weeks 1-8 deca 300 mg/week
    weeks 7-13 winny 50mg ED

I had lean gains but broke my collarbone and separated my shoulder in week 8. I decided to finish the cycle anyway. Right now the only bloat I have is in my face and neck. So, how much water should I be drinking?
    thx

I drink at least 2 gallons a day. If your competing or just worried about holding water, reduce your sodium intake. Your cycle may have something to do with the bloat.

thanks. So MORE water is better to reduce bloat? Because I heard if you are dehydrated, that's when your body retains the water it has.

    confusing...

The MORE water you put in your body, the LESS likely it will find the need to cling to the water that is already in your system... not to mention, all the sodium gets flushed out faster..

Well don't kill yourself with water...keep it between 1.5-2 gallons e/d. There are even water tablets that you can take that increase the amount of salt and water that you piss out.
Your body is holding lots of water most likely because you sodium intake is high. Reduce sodium and you will lose some of that water weight and bloat.

I don't know the specific name, some kind of diuretic. You can also hop in the sauna for a bit to sweat out the water.
