    ***critique Diet Please***

Allright guys here goes nothing...ive been open to suggestions to am trying to tweak it.my goal was to put together a simple diet(i have a very busy job with 12hr shifts) that would be easy to follow, and for it to be a mass gaining diet yet still relatively low in carbs because i still want to stay relatively lean.I cant seem to get my carbs up though, and i dont want to eat carbs every meal, so please give me some suggestions.thanks for your time.

meal 1- 10 egg whites, 1 cup dry oats

meal 2- 4oz. extra lean ground beef / salad / 2 tbsp. Natural peanut butter

    meal 3- 6oz. chicken breast/ 6oz potato(30 carb)

meal 4- 6oz.Tuna / 2 pieces of arnolds stone ground wheat bread(10 carb)

    WORKOUT

    meal 5- PWO shake (50g protein / 5g glutamine / 5g creatine)

    meal 6-PPWO lean protein / 6oz. potato(30 carb)

    meal 7- 6oz.Tuna with same bread(10carb)

meal 8- 50g protein shake / Flax oil

    Protein:360g
    carb:140g
    fat:40g

maye i should go with this, and if not happy with size in gains, bump up my carbs, maye 2 potatos with my crab meals instead of 1.any suggestions...thanks again for the help.

First off, list all the macros for each meal and final macros for the day along with your stats.

I stick with 2 scoops whey and 1 cup oats PWO. I don't want a ratio, give me #'s for each meal and final for the day. How old are you?
I hope that cardio will be done on an empty stomach in the am.

you can throw oats in your whey (raw) or throw em in the mic (which is what I normally do) and eat. Its really good if you let the oats cool, then throw on some whey (dymatize elite, butter cream toffee)
