    Diet Critique

    Hey guys, just wanted you all to take a look at my diet...I'm starting Monday and have a cutting thread to check up on my progress, but I'm changing things around a little bit, so here goes.

    6:45 Wake
    7:00-7:45 Cardio
    8:00 Meal 1: Egg Beaters 1/2 Cup Oats
    11:00 Meal 2: FF Yogurt w/ 1 Scoop Whey and Granola
    2:00 Meal 3: 1 Can Tuna w/ Flax
    5:00 Meal 4: 1 Can Chicken w/ Veggies and Flax
    7:15-8:00 Work Out
    8:00 PWO 3 Scoops Gatorade w/ Creatine Blen(Glut/Taur/etc..) and Protein Shake
    9:30 PPWO Chicken and Sweet Tater

    post up macros your macros! that seems a bit low cal wise imo just by eyeballing it

    list macros for each meal, final macros, and stats please.

    Woops. Knew I forgot something...I'm at 200ish looking to get down to about 180.

    40g Pro 0g Carbs 15g Fat
    5:00 Meal 4: 1 Can Chicken w/ Veggies and Flax
    50g Pro 15g Carbs 15g Fat

    total macros, age, height, maintenance cals?

    Canned meat? Shakes all over the place? You eat the exact same thing every day, same calories?
    Don't really like the diet, although it might work slowly a better diet would produce results much quicker.

    couple things before you repost:
    1)drop the yogurt
    2)80g protein PWO is way excessive
    3)add more veggies to your meals...broccoli and green beans especially
    4)make it easy and just do oats/whey PWO
    5)add more protein to meal 4
    6)whats in your protein shake?

    IMO diet looks excellent, although i might add a few more veggies throught the day

    spinich salad with garlic, onions, carrots, broccli, and no dressing is very healthy (although it tasts like shit)

    i really dont think 1 shake PWO is excessive

    and of course you may need to raise/lower the calories according to your progress after a few weeks.
