I've been really determined to drop my BF and I've not eaten any junk at all for two weeks now. The problem is that I'm going to a Chinese "all you can eat" buffet tonight with the missus and friends and I know it's all junk and I don't want to let myself down. Is a few spare ribs and some lean white meat (pork) an acceptable cheat meal? (I don't like any of the other stuff!)
