    You sir are an instigator!!!
I don't know much about the subject but your arguments seem to be logical and comprehensive. You are just clarfying something and he is posting up another bunch of studies.

To re-address your initial statement... it does not 'break down' testosterone.. but it IS the reason that supplemented oral steroid's activity time is what it is.. e.g. winstrol. Say Winstrol was supplemented orally.. and it's activity time is 8-12 hours. This length of time is partly due to it being fully metabolised by Cytochrome P-450 by the end of the 12 hour period. Suppress cyctochrome p-450 and it's arguable that it'll be active longer than that.
so, with the statement you made hear, the cytochrome P-450 is responsible for making oral steroids , or all steroids for that matter, efficiently break down through the human system like it should in a quicker fashion naturally?
It has nothing to do with raising or lowering test or estrogen?
Interesting how that guy thought foods such as broccoli would interfer negatively with test levels.

This cat is full of shit. It's well known that p-450 is vital in drug metabolism and there are studies supporting the theory that grapefruit juice will inhibit p-450. But I fail to see how the hell grapefruit juice will impact exogenous testosterone levels .

He actually refers to a study where steroid using males raised their testosterone levels by 7 times from drinking grapefruit juice. And yet, he has been unable to actually produce the study. I smell something.......

And then the sucker has the nerve to be disrespecting broccoli.
