What would be the best way to drop as much weight as i can wheather it be muscle, fat, water.... just need the scale to show me weighing as much as possible in the next 3 days.... any ideas would be great... it's for a work contest and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place are all hanging out around the same weight loss and I am currently in 3rd wanting to take the 1000 dollar prize pool.
