    Meal Plans

Hi guys, l am looking to put on some mass but l seem to put on fat around my gut very easily but l do realise l must exceed calories required by my body to get the mass. I am 50yo training training 4x per wk, BF @ 14% and starting Dbol & Deca cycle, l don't want to waste my hard earned on the cycle by messing up my diet ie not enought or too much. Any idea's or good link's/sites l could check out.

    Thanks

    Welcome to AR bro!

How far into the cycle are you?

Post your bulking diet with macros for each meal and finals.

Sorry to say bro but you should have had your diet planned out before you started the cycle.

To keep fat at a minimum, start cardio in the am (empty stomach) 3 days a week.

Hi & thanks for the welcome.

I have not started my cycle l thought i should get all my "ducks in a line" with training system, supplements and diet first as you rightly say !. My concern is too much flab building up around my gut, l was thinking of keeping my carbs low except on the day l train (to give me some energy). I will put a plan together and post it to see how it rated.

    Cheers
