I Need Help Bigtime I think there is something wrong w/me!!!!

Over the summer I ate between 5000-6000 Clean calories a day, and somehow lost 10-15 pounds. I planned on gaining that I dont get it. Is it possible that my body is used to eating all fast food and junk so with that amount of clean calories my body is like hey wheres the food and it wasnt enough???? I even cut ALL cardio, I jogged twice the whole summer. Heres a outline of my diet, this isnt exact but close enough:

    Meal 1 9am

12 egg whites 3 yolks, 2 slices of whole grain, 2 applesauce cups

    Meal 2

Large Chicken Breast, 2 cups brown rice, 2 applesauce cups

    WORKOUT 12pm

    Meal 3

Large chicken breast, 2 cups brown rice, 2 bananas, 6 strawberries and ice water.

    Meal 4
4 slices whole grain bread, 2 bananas 4-6 tbsp peanut butter 1 can of green beans

    Meal 5
Steaks Sweet potato with ICBINB and Brown Sugar

    Meal 6
3/4 tub cottage cheese and 1 10 oz can chicken 2 applesauce cups

    Any idea what went wrong??????

if your trying to bulk and you have a super fast metabolism dont worry about trying to eat clean. when im bulking i just make sure i get plenty of protein, good complex carbs, and vegetables with each meal, other than that ill stuff myself with pizza, cereal, etc...... all day long

I don't agree with stuffing yourself with shit food.. Get the clean calories as your body can efficiently use them to grow and for enegy without storing fat. It doesn't take much more than maintainance to put on LBM if the training program you're using is up to par.

I don't grow off fast food either so I cut it out and replaced it with worthwhile calories and over time starting developing a better physique.

you are missing shoulders and hamstrings, try doing them on friday instead of another arm workout.

first ask yourself if your diet is consistant day after day. if you really are eating 5000 cals spread out throughout the day, everyday, and still not gaining. guess what, you need to eat more. if this applies to you re-read my above post. if you have a superfast metabolism storing fat will not be an issue.

although my guess is that your diet is not as consistant as you think it is. try counting all the calories you put into your body for one week, and you will probably find that it is considerably less than what you thought

    good luck, keep us posted

OOPS about shoulders, I had a tear in my supraspinatus, couldnt do them for 6 months or so, now I am working them lightly again with chest and triceps, I do light military press, like 90 pounds 3X10 (and thats hard for me lol) and some light Laterals.

I am pretty sure my diet was consistent, I was keepin a log of what I ate everyday, and pretty much ate the exact same meal everyday for the whole summer. I think I might go to the doc and see if he knows anything, otherwise I'll just eat even more.

Side note- Im wondering if it this is possible. I used to eat all fast food, example lunch 3 hot dogs and three orders of cheese fries mixed with mayo. I know terrible. My though is maybe I was eating way more calories with the fast food, or my body is used to crap so eatin clean 5000-6000 doesnt do anything for it.

Try putting more quality calories in your body Stevo.. I guarantee you, you will not easily put down 5000 clean whole food calories.. if you can then You're the man.

This is what I ate everyday over the summer its between 5-6000 calories and is pretty clean and still lost 10-15 pounds

    Meal 1 9am

12 egg whites 3 yolks, 2 slices of whole grain, 2 applesauce cups

    Meal 2

Large Chicken Breast, 2 cups brown rice, 2 applesauce cups

    WORKOUT 12pm

    Meal 4
4 slices whole grain bread, 2 bananas 4-6 tbsp peanut butter 1 can of green beans

    Meal 5
Steaks Sweet potato with ICBINB and Brown Sugar

    Meal 6
3/4 tub cottage cheese and 1 10 oz can chicken 2 applesauce cups

Sidenote 2- the funny thing is, when I was eating all that garbage fast food probably easily 6000+ plus caolries I weighed 150-160 at 6'1.

The whole foods did help, I went from 170 to 196, but even eating 5-6K I couldnt maintain it, Im like 185 now.
