    In Your Own Opinion....

    What would be the best postworkout meal for someone that finishes their training at 9.30pm. I am looking to bulk. 200lbs and aiming for 252lbs. Not to sure how much carbs to have with it being so late at night. I will most likely have a meal before bed too at 11.00pm. What do you suggest Guy's ? Thanks

    As long as the toal macros of carbs fits into your daily total bro it doesnt matter. I train late like yourself and consume sweet poatoes PPWO with chicken breast.

    For a PPWO meal carbs are essential, bro. Don't worry about having them late at night. The whole "don't have carbs past Xpm" is a load of crap. As far as how many, it toally depends on your total macros and stats.
