Much better choices that's for sure but for an every once in a while thing it would be ok as a cheat IMO. The quality of protein in the meat wouldn't be the greatest I wouldn't think, hotdogs are all the bullshit of the animal they can't sell to consumers.

I would think every once in a while for bulking would be fine...wouldn't suggest it for cheating, unless it's for a cheat meal as IB already announced.
just a clean bulk...on the weekends i throw some on the bbq with my other meats...i only have one, not for the protein value, i eat other good protein along with it. they taste the same!
