    Meal replacement shakes.

What would be the best meal replacement shakes out.I dont have the time to prepare 6 meals everyday so I am opting to drink 3 of these a day in between my regular 3 meals.looking to lose weight and build or maintain the muscle I have. thanks. It has been really hard to prepare all my meals and it was just becoming more of a head ache for me.And where can I get the best deal on them.

Prolab Lean Mass Matrix MRP is the best available in MY opinion. Their Cinnamon Oatmeal flavor is fantastic. The carb sources come from wheat barley and oats, and the fat/sugar content is very low. DPS Nutrition has them for $32.95 and that's about the cheapest that I have seen. If wheat gluten does not work in your system, then I advise you to try something else.

I make my own meal replacement shakes. If it's pro/carb, I'll do whey (elite whey) with oats blended in water. If it's pro/fat, I'll do whey with almonds or flax.

I do the very same. But if you must have something 'pre-packetized', then I'd go with Prolab's Lean Mass Matrix MRP.

I cook up 2 chicken breasts in the broiler and slice them up and I bring 3 instant oatmeal packets to work and 3 times a day between 7-3:30 I eat some chicken and 1 packet of the oatmeal. where I work they buy our lunch everyday so I try to order what ever is the best thing on the menu for me. we go to subway/quizno's an italian restraunt and deli.I also drink alot of coffee when I am at work but I do use splenda in it, but I do use a non dairy creamer also. is there any creamers that arent bad for you that taste good in coffee.

I believe they make a coffee mate light creamer in coconut flavor (and hazelnut etc.) that doesn't have many cals.
