what so many ask for
i have seen a post from GUnIT33 excell recipe to mark up foods im not sure which way he plans to go with it so i thought a new thread would be needed instead of posting this on his thread.
the noob newbie dieter comes on and asks for a diet plan which is frustrating for those who answer the questions to repeat themselves on many occasions and rightly gets p;;sed off with it fair comment.
so how about a sticky to help with the problem in the means of:
1. cateogorize foods in line with carbs,fat,protein ect.
2. mark up how much of each individual category is allowed maybe for each portion or for daily consumption
3.how many times a week or day to introduce a protein drink should it be included in your daily intake or just after a workout
4. how many meals per day
im going out on a limb here cause i dont know much about wat im talking about and u could possibly add alot more in there, i dont realize how much work this will involve as i am in the same boat as others so please be kind with your replies its just a thought.
