hi ppl, well the main thing i wanna ask you is what kind of diet should i follow in order to get the proper results for nice abs and a strong body, not too strong like for a competition but just for vanity you know... im 21, 5.9 tall, 150pounds, im not thin, not fat, not normal because ive been working out so i got some muscles i guess... but not abs...i got some fat over there and some in my hips as well, ive been doing several ab excercies without results, im not following a diet, just eating normal stuff, trying not to consume fat and all that, what would you recommend me? what kinda diet? thanks you all
