I just got back into lifting again and want to get serious about it. I know thousands of people probably ask this question, how do i cut body fat n gain muscle! What I really want to know is how many meals a day should I eat and what type of foods. IF anyone could give me a breakdown of what they eat in a day or send me to the right link i would really appreciate. I am new to the website so I havent really got the chance to look around to much.
