1.psyllium husks (GNC has em)
2.Fibrous fruits (like Guava)
3. Nuts (peanuts,hazelnuts,pecans,walnuts, almonds, yada yada)

sorry for my smartass reply, but in reality, no food group contains the anti-oxidents and phytochemicals that veggies do. If you can't stomach them easily, an easy way to eat them quickly is to blend a bunch together and drink em. The best fruits (for antioxident content) are berries, esp black and blueberries. the above answers are good ideas for fiber.
