well,
oats, potatos, broccoli (make yourself eat em), sugar free citrucel...basically anything whole grain.
somebody told me i need 9-13 half cup sevings of greens a day
and i don't count that in my calories
I don't measure my veggies or count cals.
I would assume I take in about 2 cups every meal while cutting (6 meals total)
Now that I'm bulking, it's more like every other meal (9 meals total)
