    tuna

    is eating a can of tuna everyday bad? i know eating too much can cause mercury poisoning but how much is to much?

    to tell you the truth, no one really knows. The lethal dose is documented, but different people will have different reactions to smaller amounts. There is no one answer to this question. As a precationary measure (and because it's healthier) i stick to canned salmon.
