dairy and cutting
i hear guys on here saying they dont like to eat dairy when they cut..what is the reason why? i am assuming that egg whites are a different story and that processed dairy such as cheeses and milk is not good....what if i eat my cottage cheese early in the day while cutting? i love it with natty pb for a pro/fat meal!

Dairy has carbs all coming from sugar, it makes you look smoother and some ppl who are senstive to lactose develop a buffy look.

milk, cheese, cottage cheese etc. all considered dairy.
I am bulking and the only dairy I would consum would be 1 cup milk PWO (if I chose to) and 1 /2-1 cup before bed.
Almost never while cutting.
