Smile New member, 2nd cycle, DIET SUGGESTIONS?

Hey guys I'm new to the board, but have been an off and on reader for a year or two. I'm about to start 2nd cycle and get back into a new routine, as I've been slackin for a couple of months now and lost mos of my last cycles results. About me:
    age: 24
    height: 6'1"
    weight: 192 lbs.
BF%: unknown, but definately higher than it should be, not sure how to find out accurately.
Previous cycle: 300 mg cyp 2x/week, along with decca, also ran dbol for first 6-8 weeks or so and some winny toward the end. maxed out aroudn 215 lbs.
PCT: Never got my hands on any clomid like I was supposed to, but used finistride shampoo /w proscar & rogaine for hairloss. Also used milk thistle and xtra vitamins while on cycle.

New Cycle: Haven't ordered yet, but looking at more test cyp and possibly eq. I'm open to any suggestions or alteration anyone might have.

Diet: I'm currently not logging calories or anything, but am sticking to a regiment of primarily lean meats with some fats (olive oil, and some may in my tuna, etc) But keeping carbs pretty low except for the PWO meals. Diet/training ideas are definately appreciated.

Goals: Looking to get some pecs on me for once, bigger arms (namely tricepts) and would like to lean out the midsection and drop a good 5-8% of body fat if not more (a 6 pack would be nice to have once in my life)

Thanks guys, I appreciate any feedback!

until you know exact macros in your diet you wont know what your eating so you cant say that your diet is pretty good. also low carbs will hinder gains, people think carbs are the enemy but to gain muscle they are a necessity, consider writing out your entire diet and posting it for review. You should konw your diet and have been eating a solid diet for a while before considering AAS IMO

I don't have a set, written diet, I kind of eyeball it on the spot. Maybe someone can check my stats and paste me a good one to follow?
