i'll write down what i eat during my week, keep in mind i do change it everyday or 3rd day( cuz or else it starts to get lame on the taste buds).
8am: all these are added to a glass of orange juice and a banana
6 egg whites,
or big bowl of vector cereal and 1-2 packs of instant oatmeal
10:30am: bowl of chunky's soup(beef) and apples(2)
or can of salmon with a sandwich ( salami ,ham and pepperoni)
with 2 apples
1pm: 1-2 pieces of chicken breast and wild rice and either a few carrots or brocolli
3:30 : PWO: large potato ( which chunky's chili or not) and some veggies and a protein shake with chocolate milk mmmmm!
530: lean ground beef or chicken ( somtimes steak)with salad and more juice
730: nuts or fruit or cereal
930: protein shake
stats: 22yrs old, 205lbs, 11% bf, training 6 yrs, 5'10
im gonna start adding in a myoplex meal in there instead of one of the meals, i just have a tough schedule 3 days of the week. but i will keep the 4 main foods up there( chicken, oatmeal, potatoes, eggs, )
please, any ideas on ideas to replace meals would help and my training is 4 times a week cardio for 30 min and weights for 5-6 days.
