Timing of Pre and PWO meals.

    hey guys,

I'm taking protein/dextrose shake PWO. My workouts are usually 40 minutes. BUT my question is can i take a protein shake preworkout that mainly consists of protein/olive oil? everyone tells me not to mix fats and carbs....so in this case about 50 minutes would separate the pre workout shake and the PWO shake. Is that enough time between the two shakes so i dont get fat? or should i just have both shakes with pro/dex???? HELP!

yes i was thinkin of having a pro/carb pre and pwo meal.......but it just seems like sooooo much sugar....plus i think im carb sensitive. So if i have both pro/carb meals before and after WO they wont turn to fat cuz its all being shuttled into the muscle????

Well if your workouts are a struggle switch to pro/carb. I would never do pro/fat PRE,PWO,PPWO but that's me.
The point of a pro/carb meal PWO and PPWO is to repair the torn muscle and yes, if you eat to many carbs you will gain fat. Do the appropriate amount that fits into your total macros and you will be fine.
