    Am I eating too much?

    I completed 4 months of dieting and now I stick with clean food but I elevated the amount.
    This is what I usually eat in a day
    350gr oatmeal
    6 whole eggs
    2.2lb salmon
    4-6 pieces of wheat bread
    2 glass of protein shake
    1-2 can of Tuna
    I'm happy the way I look now, do you guys think that if I continue to eat like this am I going to gain fat or I will keep maintaning my stats?

    350gr oatmeal( add half cup of strawberries or blueberries or peaches)
    6 whole eggs ( have 3 whites and 3 wholes and add some veggies to your egg nd make a good omelete and your cuting out more than 15 grams of fat and veggies make it alot better)
    2.2lb salmon( good choice but that much salmon are you rich ?..y not 1 pound of salmon and half pound lean steak and half pund chicken ...try not to eat more than2 pounds bro)
    4-6 pieces of wheat bread (try to eat no more than 4 slices of wheat bread)
    2 glass of protein shake( take one shake right before bed with water and add a tablespoon of flaxoil to the shake)
    1-2 can of Tuna(i would take out the 2 cans of tuna and have 1 cup of green veggies and 1 or 2 sweet potatoes instead of tuna take it out of there)

    well try this it will taste better and help you look better

    Thank you man, that really helps.
    No I'm not that rich, just Salmon is very cheap here in Turkey, 1lb Salmon $1.5-2
