    My cutting diet

    Hey guys! Here are my stats:

    6'3"
    280
    BF around 15-17%

    Currently on winny only. (save the flames) I know what's up and had good results before. I know you guys only care.... ah. I want to shed about 20-30 pounds in 9 weeks. Is that possible? I have a fashion show on Nov 25th.

    Morning cardio 45-50 min treadmill 4x week and then up to 6x wk whan the show gets closer.

    Meal #1
    8 egg whites
    2 slices turkey breast meat
    1 cup oats
    1/2 scoop muscle milk with oats

    Meal #2
    8oz ground turkey or lean ground beef
    1-2 cups brocilli
    2oz almonds

    Meal #3
    1 can tuna
    1 scoop protien
    1 1/2 flax oil

    Pwo
    40 grams pro
    2 scoops cell tech 75 grams dex

    PPWO
    8oz chicken breast
    50z yams
    1 cup spinach

    Meal#6
    2 scoops pro
    1 tbsp flax

    Cal:3512
    Carbs: 285
    Pro:352
    Fat:115
