Currently on winny only. (save the flames) I know what's up and had good results before. I know you guys only care.... ah. I want to shed about 20-30 pounds in 9 weeks. Is that possible? I have a fashion show on Nov 25th.
Morning cardio 45-50 min treadmill 4x week and then up to 6x wk whan the show gets closer.
