Ok I have recently starded eating better than I have been for a while. I started working out again about 6 months ago, I weighed about 273. I now weigh 250. I lost the first 20 pounds pretty quick, in about 2 months. Since then I have maintained the same weight but I beleive I have replaced some fat with muscle so overall I think I lost 20-25 pounds or more of fat. Now I usually eat 3-4 eggs in the morning or a protien shake, I then take my workout around 12pm noon and then try to eat another protien shake immediatly after. Then for lunch I will have a can of tuna or 1-2 chicken breasts. For Dinner I try to eat chicken or some kind of lean meat. And periodically throughout the day I will eat peanut butter or a power bar 32grms of protien. I know its a sloppy diet at best but I have been trying to eat smaller meals spread out throughout the day, Protien protien protien! I am not good with portioning out the proper amounts of meat veggies etc. I would like to know the exact amount of calories, carbs, protien, sugars etc I am supposed to eat every day. I am 23, 250lbs, 6ft tall, I am overweight however I do have a good muscle size as well. I think I am only 25-30 lbs away from my goal which is to be totally shredded 10% body fat or less. I can bench 380, single arm dumbell curl 75-80 lbs on a good day so I have a good natural size.I work out 4-5 days a week 1-2 hours a day, curls, bench, lat pulldowns, squats, seated row, triceps, hammer press etc. Any suggestions on how to slim down quickly without losing any size or strength on my muscles. I want to be ripped damneit!
