So Maltodextrins have a high GI than Dextrose?
so a PWO shake should be like whey protein, oats, and maybe a banana?
I do have to say, Ive been using dextrose, and I came to 2 things:
1. I get a bad crash

Right now I like doing 1:1 ratio carbs to protein.
I use:
60g protein
30g dex
30g malto
10g BCAA's
5g glutamine
5g arginine
Seperately but along with the shake:
1g vit C
800iu vit E
500 mg calcium
glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM
Then I eat maybe 30min later depending on how hungry I am. Sometimes I will eat almost right after the shake especially if its something really easily digestible like fish. Usually have it with oats.

what have you found to be the best precontest pw shake and or meal? IE no bloat, no water retention, etc............

holy crap im lost , im new, im cutting, im doin 46g pro and 1/2 cup oats PWO.......
eating 3oz chix breast and 6oz potato bout hr later
GOOD or BAD? or neither maybe just different but still effective
