OK so I join up a new 24 hours gym, and they checked my BF, water and so on. I am 21%BF and I'm not sure about the other numbers, I have the paper in my car if you guys need them. OK so I am trying to lose about 15 pounds of fat in about 2 months I think this is realistic.
OK so the DIET they have me on is this:
meal #1: 4 corn tortillas 8 egg whites
meal #2: 45 whey protein and 1/2 cup oat meal (I add some suger free gelly)
meal #3: 8oz baked potato, 8oz grilled (on the formen grill) chicken breast
meal #4: 1/2 oats (with gelly) 45g whey protein
meal #5: 10oz lean steak, 8oz baked potato and vegs
late night snack 2 scoops protein
I have to do this for 6 weeks, not a big deal I already got the food and such, just wanted to know what you guys think.
I have also added HOT ROXX to the mix taking 2 when I wake up and 2 6 hours later.
Training:
cardio 400-500cal treadmil in the morning befor I eat
6pm whieght training for about an hour, low whieght high reps about (14-15)
about 3-4 sets.
I do cardio 3 times a week M,W,F and training 5 days, M,T,T,F,S maybe Sunday if I miss a day for some reson.
Please let me know if I need to change any thing, sorry for the spelling not real good at that (sorry) any ways should I add any thing to this or what?
