    Please check out my DIET.

    OK so I join up a new 24 hours gym, and they checked my BF, water and so on. I am 21%BF and I'm not sure about the other numbers, I have the paper in my car if you guys need them. OK so I am trying to lose about 15 pounds of fat in about 2 months I think this is realistic.

    OK so the DIET they have me on is this:

    meal #1: 4 corn tortillas 8 egg whites
    meal #2: 45 whey protein and 1/2 cup oat meal (I add some suger free jelly)
    meal #3: 8oz baked potato, 8oz grilled (on the formen grill) chicken breast
    meal #4: 1/2 oats (with jelly) 45g whey protein
    meal #5: 10oz lean steak, 8oz baked potato and vegs

    late night snack 2 scoops protein


    I have to do this for 6 weeks, not a big deal I already got the food and such, just wanted to know what you guys think.

    I have also added HOT ROXX to the mix taking 2 when I wake up and 2 6 hours later.

    Training:

    cardio 400-500cal treadmil in the morning befor I eat

    6pm whieght training for about an hour, low whieght high reps about (14-15)
    about 3-4 sets.

    I do cardio 3 times a week M,W,F and training 5 days, M,T,T,F,S maybe Sunday if I miss a day for some reson.

    Please let me know if I need to change any thing, sorry for the spelling not real good at that (sorry) any ways should I add any thing to this or what?

    Sorry I just read the diet sticky, Um....I'm not sure what ells I need to tell you guys so if some thing is missing then please let me know and I'll post it up. the little sheet of paper telling me my BF and such says kcal1800 or some thing like that (not sure what that is) oh! Should I buy a BF/water scale? Would this be a good investment?

    List macros for each meal/final macros for the day, please.
    Also, if your cutting which you are, up the cardio to min. of 5 days per week between 45 min-1 hour on an empty stomach.
    Low weights, high reps....you and my sister have something in common.
    Off the bat, meals look decent (whats gelly??), make sure you list your PWO meal. Ideally, you should have pro/carb pre,post,and post post workout JMO.
    If your cutting, you don't really need the extra whey, I do that while bulking....kinda like my 10th meal. Add veggies (broccoli, green beans, salad) to most your meals.
    What are your stats?

    IMO without stats its hard to say...

    But if your trying to drop weight i think Meal 3 and 5 are to big...

    8oz if baked Potatoa is alot IMO 4.2 ouces of Yam= 1 cup of Brown Rice ( 34grams roughly)

    "you and my sister have something in common" Are you saying I should go out with her? Or that I train like a girl?

    I was just telling you my training, you could tell me to change it, you don't have to get smart about it. thanks for your help thoug.

    So lower the potato or eat Brown rice?

    its an OK diet not great but ok..
