    Costco

    Hi everybody!

Just wanted to say I’m stoked on Costco’s Egg starters! It is all pasteurized liquid egg whites with a touch of seasoning. The reason I like it is cause the texture is smooth and not like raw eggs (snot), you can gulp it down and it taste like cooked eggs.

You get a carton which is equel to 8 full eggs for $125. If you bought a dozen shelled eggs for that price you would only be getting egg whites to amount to around 6 full eggs. So it is less expensive or just the same price as shelled eggs.

So if you are on the go what could be better than gulping down 50 grams of pure food protein?

This has really made my diet healthier since I don’t have the time to make 6 meals a day. I couldn’t afford this stuff until Costco; it is like double or triple the price in normal grocery stores.

Costco also has Organic (grown without chemical fertilizers and pesticides) Natural peanut butter. NO sugar added or bad fats. 2- 28oz for around $6

And of coarse the best skinless boneless chicken breasts around for the lowest price, you have to buy like 6 pounds at a time, that’s ok for us bb’s.

I am not affiliated with Costco or anything I just think they make this eating 6-7 meals a day possible without costing me a fortune!

I recommend anybody who has a Costco around them and doesn’t have a membership to get one. Once shopping there you will become a big believer! I guess you could call me a Costco nut.

Does anybody here buy any other good bbing dieters foods from Costco?

I thought so too, but they are selling different stuff than the stuff from alaska. The can is plastic lined and it tastes fresh, firm and looks clean, not like the canned stuff I had before, totally different. I thought all caned salmon was mushy and terrible tasting till I tried Costcos, now I am a big fan.

    Try it its unbelievable!

Was a loyal cardholder at Cotsco til I priced around and realized I wasn't saving the money I really thought I was. In fact, the high stacks of products can be very deceiving to the brain. "This fruit must be cheap if its in a warehouse and they have boxes and boxes of it on the floor."

Which of course, is not always the case.

Did I mention they don't sell grass-fed meat either?

Yes, some things are more expensive but they are usaly better quality but thats not always the case.

Just have to be a smart shopper. I buy chicken, flax, natty pb,rice from costco and red meat, green tea, oats, bottle water from the supermarket.

They don't have the absolute lowest price, but their value is exceptional. The products may be alittle more than Wallmart, but the quality is way better.

I love their food, aswell they have great products for small buisness owners.

Is that a joke or did I misread it? Are you actually drinking raw eggs (or their pasteurized equivalent)?

Pasteurized eggs are cooked eggs, just not cooked enough to make them solidify. This is why they taste cooked when gulping them down.

Raw eggs NO good, may get salmonella

Hmm...So you'll drink these pasteurized eggs instead of cooking them? I might try that...

When your on the go and all you have time for is to gulp something down, what could be better? Pure slow digesting protine. this with 2 TBS of flax and your set!

Best part about it is it is not like snot (raw eggs) and it taste cooked.

If im not in a rush I fri them up, taste better

A membership costs $50 / year. If you do some math and figure out how much you would have to buy to save $50, it's usually not worth it unless you have a huge family. If you have a Super Walmart (the ones with big grocery stores in them) the prices are usually exactly the same as Sam's Club.

Your all wrong. I am single plus a bb eats a lot.

Costco has way better quality than walmart, hands down. Walmarts meats and produce SUCK compared to costco

$50 a year is nothing, I save over $50 a year just on dog food, hundreds on my food.

    Sams Club is good
